Founder
Max Shifrin
Founder & CEO
Max Shifrin is an award-winning recruiting professional with more than a decade of experience in the staffing and search industry. He began his recruiting career in Los Angeles in 2014 with a large national staffing firm, where he earned President’s Club recognition and became a top-performing recruiter.
Over the course of his career, Max has successfully completed hundreds of placements across a broad range of functions and levels, with extensive experience recruiting finance and accounting professionals from individual contributors through senior leadership. His searches have included accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, corporate finance, tax, treasury, financial systems, Controllers, finance executives, and other specialized positions.
Max also holds a degree in Finance from the University of Maryland’s business school, giving him an academic foundation in the functions and disciplines for which Finance Staffing Now recruits.
As Founder and CEO of Finance Staffing Now, Max brings that experience to a high-touch recruiting model built around understanding each client’s business, proactively identifying qualified talent, and staying directly involved throughout the hiring process.
